General

How do your services work? Is the diet plan modified regularly or is it fixed?

The diet plan which we offer is a customized & balanced diet plan which purely works around home-cooked food. We shall modify your diet plan as per your needs on a regular basis & send you the updated plan via email. Weekly follow ups will help us track your progress to figure out what’s the best for you.

How do I book an appointment?

Live Chat, Calendly appointment or Web forms - You can simply drop your name, email / contact number anywhere and we will get in touch will you :)

How will you stay connected with me?

We will keep in constant touch with you via phone calls or whatsapp messages. In case you do not use whatsapp, we can connect over email too!

I stay out of India, can I still opt for a consultation?

Yes, we offer online as well as in-person consultations. An online consultation works just the same as an in-person one where we will be connecting with you via a call or a video call.

What are charges & the plans you offer?

Can I take a break during my plan and resume later?

Yes, you can take a break & resume whenever you’re ready. However we do not recommend taking breaks very frequently. :)

Can I opt for a one time plan for weight loss?

A one-time plan is a generic diet plan usually suitable for trail users and those with medical conditions. For weight loss, it would be best to opt for a 4-week or a 12-week plan.

Getting Started?

What information do you require for making my diet plan? How long does it take for you to send me my first diet plan?

To ensure that your diet plan is tailor-made to your needs we need details about your current weight, height, medical history, daily schedule, food allergies & your food habits of course! We shall try our best to send your diet plan the very next day of your consultation or weekly follow up.

Are my food likes and dislikes taken into consideration?

Yes, you can always tell us what you don’t like to eat and we will make sure not to add it in your diet.

Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

How do I proceed with the payment?

You can proceed with the payment through the ‘Plans’ section of our website. We also have an option of online payment via Paytm, Google Pay or direct bank transfer.

Why am I being charged a slightly higher fee via PayPal?

The higher fee while making the transaction through PayPal is due to higher international transaction fee / Forex charges.

Can I make the payment in installments?

Sorry, the entire payment has to be made in one-go only. Currently, we do not offer any options for paying in installments.

How do I redeem a discount or a special offer?

As of now, we do not have any on-going special offers or discounts.

Can I cancel my ongoing plan for a refund?

Sorry, you cannot get a refund for your ongoing plan.
